Good Evening And Welcome

Hello, Good Evening, Good Day and Welcome to SwindonTalk.  :)

My names Ben Reid and i am very happy to say SwindonTalk is back online for everyone in and around Swindon to enjoy. Along with a fresh new forum we have also added a couple of features to the forum that will make it easier to use and share topics and events with everyone (Facebook and Twitter)

Hi Ben

Well done for getting this going, I’m sure you’ll soon have lots of new members.

In these austere times a cheap day/night out(especially if you have a fair size family) is something that posters might be interested in. I can think of a few good pubs that do great food that won’t break the bank that I’d like to start a post about. Would that be best in new thread in the Pub Chat & Local News section or in the Community section

Personally I'd put it in the community bit as its going to benefit the people of swindon.

Just a quick update, SwindonTalk now has a Google+ button, I'm not entirely sure what google plus is but its there if anyone uses it!

Another update a few minor differences will be noticeable from today, I'm having some issues with Google+ but hopefully ill have them ironed out soon

Google+ will only display itself on the first post at the minute, so hopefully till have that up and going in every post soon.

There is also a permanent twitter feed on the bottom of the main page  ;)
